Loopback was founded in Edmonton in 2006 to make IT work for local businesses. Today we support organizations from a handful of seats to more than a thousand employees across Canada — same number, same obligation.
What we do
Loopback Inc. is your managed IT and security partner. We design the environment, put it in place, and stay to run support and maintenance — so you always have someone to call. We have been doing this since 2006, starting in Edmonton.
The brief has not changed: your people should be able to do their jobs without becoming part-time IT. We do not lock you into long contracts, we do not charge cancellation fees, and we do not put your logo on our website.
Your name stays yours
We do not publish client names or logos. Your environment is not a marketing asset. If you want a reference, we will arrange a conversation — privately.
The support team

Founded in Edmonton
Loopback started with a handful of local businesses and one job: keep IT running so owners and staff can do theirs.
- 2007
First client expands
Our first client grew retail across Edmonton and into Calgary. We grew with them — same support, more locations.
- 2015
Enterprise scale
We took on an organization with more than 1,000 employees. The team and the process had to scale without losing the 14-minute habit.

Client dashboard
Work began on a single place for clients to find help, see status, and know the next step — because a managed service should be easy to use.
- 2026
Twenty years
Same obligation. Tools changed. Threats got louder. The rule did not: if it is in your environment, we own it.
