Hardware-as-a-service (HaaS) lets you run current workstations, networking, and related gear without a capital spike every four years. Loopback sources, images, deploys, maintains, and replaces. We also procure and license software when a subscription stack is the cleaner path.
The problem
A graveyard of five-year-old laptops is a security and productivity tax. Buying everything outright also strands cash and leaves you owning e-waste.
The outcome
Predictable monthly cost, gear that can still get patches, and a single party responsible for “it will not turn on.”
Leasing instead of lump sums
Scale seats up or down without a warehouse of unused desktops. Monthly cost is a budget line, not a surprise CapEx fight.
Maintenance included in the model
When hardware fails, the conversation is replacement — not a hunt through a three-year-old warranty PDF.
Refresh without drama
We plan upgrades so you are not running Windows that vendors have already abandoned.
Software licensing
Procurement covers the licenses and subscriptions the hardware is useless without, managed as part of the same relationship.
Questions
Can we keep hardware we already own?
Yes. Keep what you already own. Mixed environments are normal. We will tell you which machines should be replaced and which can finish their useful life.
Do you dump old drives in the trash?
No. Retired disks are handled as data-bearing assets. Ask us for the disposal path during onboarding if chain of custody matters to you.
